RSI's Quality & Environmental Policy is designed to deliver our products to our clients' satisfaction while respecting environmental regulations by preventing contamination and by improving our environmental impact

Our Quality and Environmental Management System is our commitment to:

Continually understanding the needs of our clients and satisfying their demands both in terms of Quality and in terms of the Environment through the process approach
The ongoing improvement and prevention of pollution through objectives & targets, audits, corrective and preventive actions and data analysis, presented at the time of the quality and environmental management review
Being in compliance with the applicable legal requirements and with other applicable requirements relating to our products and the environment
Involving all of the staff in the objectives with respect to the accomplishment of the proposed technical solutions and to the supervisory management of environmental impacts related to our activities (Maintaining consumption of water and electricity, Reducing consumption of paper as well as Increasing supply of Eco-label office stationery by 5% in 2010, waste management, travelling management)
Communicating and increasing the awareness of our staff, our clients and our suppliers about RSI's Quality & Environmental Policy
Making RSI's Quality & Environmental Policy available to stakeholders.

In 2010, we continue the quest for improvement of our system to guarantee the best efficiency of our company while respecting our environment, our customers and the interested parties.

Within this framework, we retained, during the review of direction quality and environment on February 04th 2010, the action-targets geared towards the communication and increased awareness of our collaborators, customers and interested parties.

This ongoing research on the improvement of our quality system is also being carried out through the analysis of corrective actions proposed during internal audits and the implementation of new quality and environmental indicators within our processes.
