In 2011, we will improve our system to guarantee the best efficiency of our company while respecting our environment, our customers and the interested parties. Within this framework, we selected during our last Q&E Management meeting in January, the key targets geared towards improving our processes and communication to our staff and clients.

This ongoing aim at improving our quality system is also being carried out through analysis of corrective actions proposed during internal audits and implementation of optimised quality and environmental indicators within our processes. RSI is certified to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004
