The HR-Training Department at Total Donges refinery has started up the new generation simulators developped in partnership with RSI.
RSI’s High Fidelity Simulators have trained 1400 operators at Total. The FCC and RR simulators are key tools for Total Training plan.
RSI continues its commitment with Total Raffinage and guarantees Total’s instructors a high level of performance and availability of the simulators to train future operators.
